Microsoft Patent Published last year: "VIDEO PASS-THROUGH COMPUTING SYSTEM" " In some examples, latency can be lowered below a cognitive threshold of a user (e.g., ~10 milliseconds), such that the user does not perceive any lag in a displayed AR image pixel stream." Imagine being able to locate, identify, track and catch a football that is thrown from 5 miles away because your eyes can zoom in indefinitely like a camera. You could even see what is being captured by a camera on a helicopter 500 miles away as if you were on it.

    @StoppedOut6 Is it finally happening? Some $400 million is marked for procurement, Director of Force Development Brig. Gen. Michael McCurry told reporters March 29, enough for “just over 7,000 IVAS systems for” three brigade combat teams, PENDING SUCCESSFUL TESTING. The sum is about half of a prior request. (even 1% would = 4 mil rev for MVIS showing up on the next EC) So are you telling me the Eternal battle between Stopped and Porter is actually about to end?     @dabullnado @StoppedOut6 No revs for CS 3 was the nail in the coffin. No revs for CS 4 was the nail in the coffin. No revs for CS 5 was the nail in the coffin. Over 2200 Military Form Factors have been shipped yet not a single penny in revenue was ever reported by MVIS. These baggers realize the dilemma. Like the company does with Lidar, they keep coming up with ridiculous excuses and pushing back the goal posts
