$MNDY $HUBS $CRM $NOW there continues to be a negative view of SAAS firms due to the AI-narrative mainly due to a) AI = less employees = less seat licenses, and b) AI Agents will steal market share.  The latter seems like a real stretch given the embedded sticky position of having great software in the corporate daily workflow COMBINED with AI Agent integration - which ALL of these software firms are doing.  Firms need integration of AI Agents - they don&#39;t want to manage independent AI Agents running processes or purchasing without those results being captured by existing systems.  On the former, there will certainly be jobs impacted and less seats, as the AI Agents, when integrated, into the software, will help clients be more efficient and cut jobs.  However, over time, the even greater &quot;stickiness&quot; of SAAS Software + AI Agent Integration will create additional revenue capture add-ons for the SAAS providers given the efficiencies the agents should provide.

A couple of additional observations: a) CIOs job is to manage risk and SaaS vendors help them with that incl. deploying AI in complex enterprise environments and b) $NOW is addressing seat based licensing with growth of consumption based revenues (which wall street analysts have only just started to get there head around for SaaS ... thanks  $SNOW)
