$RTTR Okay, so I do believe... that roughly 1.8m shares will not be the float. 1.8m shares should equal Ritter's investors portion of the merged company, or 7.5%, as stated in the PR. So the float would be 'roughly' 24 million shares, as the Qualigen private investors obtain 92.5% ownership in the newly public entity. At 11.5 a share (.46 cost basis), the market cap would be ~276M. So I'm assuming 1.8M will be the float (7.5%, give or take. Ritter has low insider ownership.), but shares outstanding should be around 24M. Whew.
