At least get the research right and know what drives stock prices. You omitted $291M real estate transaction and net debt is probably $2.7B once proceeds collected. That’s a big deal if you believe that $300M should apply to equity slice of EV. It’s $5 per share on its own. its one thing writing about investments, it’s another making money on them. The mechanics of the share structure and ownership favor a long position. Or an avoid. Just definitely a dangerous short. $MAXR
