$OCUL One more--small--thing: though there is an action date, there is no approval letter attachment. But wouldn't this make sense? I mean, I don't know how the FDA works, but it would seem to me they'd wait for the company to read and even announce the news before including the attachment on the FDA site. Just imagine someone reading the letter on the site before the company actually releases the pr. Anyone have any sight as to how the FDA operate here? On the this particular site, Approved Drugs, I could not find any other drugs with pending sNDAs, or CRLs. Only approvals.
