$LJPC IMO, speaking as a former CEO, all these comments and questions about a buyout are ridiculous. Having just recently completed the acquisition of TTPH, your focus is on integration which involves removing redundancies, organizational realignment, sales force integration, cost reduction, personal reduction and so on. These alone take time to be completed and to see the result on your new balance sheet. You acquire a company to add breath and depth so that 1+1=3 at a minimum. Until this is accomplished, selling at anytime before is not at all likely. You need at least a minimum of 2 qtrs to maybe get an idea of how things are progressing. More qtrs are better of a more true picture. Point to remember, it’s easy to acquire a company however making it a successful acquisition is completely different and usually difficult.
