#tradestation. Think I am going to get rid of this. Whom ever the CEO or operations person that works there couldn't score 50 on an IQ test. It is like they didn't go through the possibilities or test the system with what ifs. You call an number to reset password and it says it is close, email us or chat then hangs up. Amazing. Another b.s excess blaming Covid for stupidty.

@dansc Well the 2 factor ID was needed and everyone does that. Of course not getting into the negative of that from the surveillance end etc lol. But, yeah it is messed up. There has to be alternative ways. But like not having support for a password due to "covid" is the dumbest excuse every. What before covid they sat around in a password pit fixing things with typewriters?
