$SINT —if there is no buyout, the biggest news that will come here is a partnership in the aerospace field. The more I research general aerospace and silicone nitride applications, the more I am convinced THERE is NO WAY they can do this on their own. There are some big players with a truck full of patents in the aerospace arena. They have to focus into a niche area and that expertise would need another whole division within SINT that would likely rival the entire size of the company. You would almost have to double the company and create two divisions. Even with 75 million on the shelf, there is no way to do that. A M&A makes more sense. A partnership could lead to long term growth but we aren’t talking months, we are talking years. Either way news on joint development agreement would spell big things here.
