- AI Flight Director combines atmospheric, telemetry, and past mission data to assist flight planning.
Palantir Technologies Inc. (PLTR) has announced a new strategic partnership with Ondas Inc. (ONDS) and World View Enterprises, Inc. to develop AI-powered multi-domain intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities.
The collaboration aims to integrate aerial, land-based, and stratospheric ISR platforms into a unified operational ecosystem, boosting real-time decision-making across defense and allied missions.
Partnership to Scale Multi-Domain ISR
The agreement will leverage Ondas’ autonomous aerial and ground robotics, World View’s Stratollite high-altitude balloon platform, and Palantir’s Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) to coordinate complex missions.
The project will look to move beyond traditional ISR models that primarily focus on data collection, instead delivering actionable intelligence directly to operators.
“By combining Palantir’s software platforms with World View’s unique stratospheric capabilities and Ondas’ broader autonomous ecosystem, we’re building the operational backbone required to scale these missions.”
-Alex Karp, Co-Founder and CEO, Palantir
Ondas stock traded over 2% higher in Thursday’s premarket. On Stocktwits, retail sentiment around the stock shifted to ‘extremely bullish’ from ‘bullish’ the previous day, amid ‘high’ message volume.
What Does This Partnership Entail?
The first initiative, Palantir Warp Speed, will centralize operational data across supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing processes. The second program, AI Flight Director, integrates atmospheric data, telemetry, and historical mission information to help operators plan flights more accurately and respond to changing conditions.
The third initiative, Skyweaver, focuses on processing intelligence directly on the Stratollite through edge computing. SkyWeaver will reduce latency, improve command and control in low-connectivity environments
Palantir also unveiled its AI OS reference architecture with Nvidia, providing a ready-to-use AI datacenter that integrates hardware and Palantir software for efficient deployment.
ONDS stock has gained over 15% year-to-date.
