QuickShift Founder and CEO Anshul Goenka says the company’s next phase of growth will be powered by artificial intelligence, automation, and data-led insights as it looks to make omni-channel fulfilment faster, smarter, and globally scalable for Indian brands.
Full-stack fulfilment and supply chain tech startup QuickShift is gearing up for its next phase of growth with a focus on technology-led expansion after raising ₹22 crore in a pre-Series A funding round led by Atomic Capital, with participation from Axilor Ventures and other marquee investors.
The company plans to deploy the fresh capital to strengthen its AI-driven fulfilment platform, expand operations across key markets in North and South India, and help both new-age and enterprise brands go omnichannel seamlessly.
“For a brand, QuickShift is like having an on-demand fulfilment engine that connects every sales channel,” said Anshul Goenka, Founder and CEO of QuickShift, in a conversation with CNBC-TV18. “We make omni-channel fulfilment frictionless and future-ready by managing the entire process — from storage and order processing to last-mile delivery — under one integrated platform.”
Goenka said the next phase of QuickShift’s evolution will be driven by artificial intelligence and data-led decision-making, enabling brands to plan, stock and deliver with greater efficiency. “We aim to transform fulfilment from what is typically seen as a cost centre into a growth centre,” he said, adding that data and automation will play a central role in optimising inventory management and delivery times.
QuickShift has already clocked 100% annual recurring revenue growth in the past year, with its core business growing by 50% and new programmes scaling by more than 100%. The company has expanded its services to enable quick commerce fulfilment for brands on platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy. It is also building cross-border capabilities to help Indian direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands reach international markets like the US, UK, and Australia.
“Expansion is driven by demand. Brands want to be closer to their markets, reduce delivery times, and optimise costs,” Goenka said. The company is expanding into NCR, Bengaluru, and Kolkata through regional fulfilment centres that will allow same-day and even eight-hour deliveries.
QuickShift currently serves over 100 enterprise and D2C brands, handling three lakh B2C shipments and seven lakh marketplace orders every month. With a 99% fulfilment accuracy rate, Goenka believes QuickShift’s technology backbone and scale set it apart in a crowded logistics space.
Looking ahead, Goenka said QuickShift is building “India’s most intelligent fulfilment network” — one where AI, automation, data, and a nationwide logistics grid work together to make “Made in India” products globally deliverable in record time.
