$BB Say what you want about the AMZN suit but they are completely in the right and this is business as usual for government contracts if this size. I've seen contracts for a fraction of this go contested and as a former acquisition qualified officer, there were numerous violations of the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) committed directly by POTUS himself. He will eventually learn, or not, that the US Federal Government is not run like a business and that he cannot step into the middle of an acquisition process to sway the results just because he can't stand the CEO of a winning business. AMZN had been in the lead between the final two based on actual requirements until POTUS stepped in. Congress is responsible for the FAR and they have a responsibility to ensure the contract was awarded on merit and not personal selection. OUT.
