@RackinandStackin let me explain. Every share you buy represents ownership in a company. As the company or REIT grows revenues, net income, gains market share, etc., the stock should go up. Despite the drop, look at how much $IIPR is up YTD. Since they have been growing rapidly, long term, I believe this stock will be much higher while increasing dividends. That’s why I am in IIPR for long term. Not hard to understand. Lol. I tried “taking profits” on Shopify and Apple despite liking them LT and it was dumb to do. No trying to do the same thing with IIPR. I see no reason to sell
