@Tonygold I mean they might be able to access more money themselves. Plus, they do sale leasebacks, which is completely different than loans. Also, the bank loans won’t exactly be ideal since it’s a new industry. Another thing is look up Alan Gold’s history. He was previously at BioMed Realty Trust which was in a LEGAL industry and they grew to $8 billion market cap. For now, I’m not worried, but that’s just my opinion. People who mention SAFE Banking act act like there aren’t other legal industries with REITs that don’t have big market caps.
