$ZFGN Showing $60 million in net assets, with 2 rounds of restructuring fully accounted for, and R+D cut to near nothing going forward. Subtract 1 million for worthless property/equipment, 1 million for early debt payoff, and 2 million to buyout the lease. That leaves 56 million at 3q end, minus burn of perhaps 4 million a quarter for 2 quarters til a deal is wrapped up. Subtract another 3 million for anything forgotten, ,and that leaves $45 million, or $1.20 share for a deal. Often, "strategic action" stocks will trade up to cash value as a deal or rumors of a deal get closer.
