The company had applied for allotment of a plot at Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh from Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA). The cost of acquiring the said plot is Rs 9.61 crore. The land is adjacent to the companys existing Sandila Plant.IPL has now received the allotment letter for the said land from the concerned competent authority. The acquisition of this new land will help the firm in its capex plan of setting up a manufacturing unit of pesticides, furthering the expansion of its Sandila Plant.Anand S. The stock was the biggest gainer in the BSEs B group. On the BSE, 1.2 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 12812 shares in the past one month.  Orient Press Ltd soared 16.05% to Rs 91.18.  The stock was the  second biggest gainer in B group. On the BSE, 46678 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 11046 shares in the past one month.  Wonder Electricals Ltd surged 15.42% to Rs 317.3.  The stock was the  third biggest gainer in B group. On the BSE, 15785 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1630 shares in the past one month. India Pesticides has successfully commissioned Herbicide Technical at the companys Sandila Plant and is exclusively for export markets.The company has lunched one more selective systemic herbicide for controlling grass and certain broad-leaves weeds in the preor early post-emergence stages. This herbicide is primarily used in crops such as maize, soybeans, tomatoes, potatoes, sunflowers, wheat, and rice.This is the 7th molecule launched by the company and is part of its earlier announced medium-term strategy of launching 8 new molecules.
