@Kenny_Bunkport So basically you solve for book value(assets-liabilities) this leaves $882M as of 6/30, less avg quarterly losses of around 80-100M(see income statement in link) gives us 700-800M book value. Now 700M is around 5% of current market cap 12.44B, so assuming the shares outstanding is constant, gives you the $1-2 liquidation price.
