$MVIS The 'Mike Malouf point' is that he was completed disconnected from the M&A team. Any statements he made were basically irrelevant to the process - he left Craig Hallum in early July and was not part of the M&A in any way. This talking point has played out long ago. Microsoft 'licenses' the components they need from MicroVision. It's not a straight up purchase, it's a recurring license. The benefit in acquiring MVIS is in 'owning' the key components. It doesn't get more straight forward than that. And because HoloLens 2 is out in front of the competition, the competition would have a deep interest in acquiring at least that singular vertical. That's called M&A leverage and MVIS has it. Combat.
