New to stocks. Just received a good size inheritance and invested most in mutual fund's, insurance. Put aside 50,000 to do the stock market. Do alot of research into stocks and companies. Slow and patient.
I look for undervalued/under appreciated companies w/ a catalyst offering large returns over the course of a week, month or a year; Getting into technical set ups now; Very much learning & will make some bad choices but winning more than I lose
My primary focus is small Market Cap Bio Tech companies with intriguing pipelines that have a large growth potential. I attempt to hold >50% of positions as LONG unless irreparable negative actual data.
I own 90% biotech stocks and in general I'm a longterm investor. I buy often stocks when they are less than a dollar and often sell them when they are 2-4 baggers.
My motto for 2014:
"Remember to take profit once in a while "!!
