$ACHV I have a mixed reaction on the recent study released by Achieve. As an investor and one who is concerned about the quality of health care it is amazing news. As a citizen it is disappointing that after all these years in which the data has been uniformly positive on both efficacy and safety fronts that this is taking so long. Gatekeeping comes to mind and it goes right to the heart of how FDA is funded and how it operates. So many people should have been given the opportunity and so many lives could have been saved...the last few years things have been held up by very fixable technicalities. I will just keep investing here and with others do what we can to improve the system...

$ACHV The weakness is a mystery. Story is derisked, looks like a clear path to approval and launch. I'm not selling until next year. I think we'll have a stock trading in the teen's.

$ACHV Vaping Data. The ORCA-OL enrolled 61 adults who vaped exclusively. At the end of the year, 24.6% achieved biochemical evidence of cessation. To my knowledge, these are the first data from a hard-to-treat vaping population by inclusion criteria. Furthermore, the trial continued to report a very favourable side effect profile with increased and prolonged exposure to cytisinicline. Very positive!

$ACHV On October 21, 2026, Achieve Life Sciences presented new 52-week efficacy and safety data for cytisinicline from its open-label ORCA-OL clinical trial at the CHEST 2026 Annual Meeting. The trial evaluated adults who had continued smoking or vaping daily despite prior participation in earlier short-term cytisinicline clinical trials (such as ORCA-2, ORCA-3, or ORCA-1). Participants received 3 mg of cytisinicline three times daily along with behavioral support for up to 52 weeks to study the effects of continuous, long-term exposure and retreatment.

$ACHV Been in and out of this name for 6 months...solid story. So we just broke the 50 day moving average and I do see that the short side is again active. Can they push it down close to the 200 day...$5.50? I'm looking to accumulate again.

$ACHV Lots of tickers down heavy today. XBI down nearly 5%. This dip is more related to overall market sentiment than anything related to ACHV explicitly.

$ACHV don’t think all the younger vapers think they have a problem yet- they think they’re doing the healthier thing by not smoking- for older smokers, who have been smoking for decades, the best quit rate on the first attempt using achieve drug is still only 32%. Will play a bump in share price around the re submission of NDA by end of year tho. Plus having heavy hitters from VRNA now in key leadership positions gives me hope. Just don’t see nicotine addiction going away. Still a decent catalyst play for now

$ACHV lots of onboarding with shares for c-suite while we're far away from approval. With vaping an even longer way out, anything over half a billion is awfully rich unless something materially happens on the vaping front to speed up that timeline.
