$USO If the hope of a deal was to save some incumbent seats it is too late. Not even sure if anyone even believes there is the possibility of a deal after the last 30+ plus times there was a deal. Iran war coupled with soaring oil/gas prices creating entrenched inflation completely undermined the entire mid-term elections. The week before the Iran war Senate betting odds were at 60% Republican 40% Democrat.
