We normally see 1 to 1.05 of fair value at market or intermediate tops. Thus a continued run would not be improbable. $SPX

Interestingly, based on earnings, rates and Econ fundamentals, the $SPX is actually still cheap. Sitting at 88% of fair value at moment.
