Cryptocurrency derivatives have seen record growth on CME this year. Average Daily Volume (ADV) reached 407,200 contracts, marking a 46% year-on-year (YoY), while average daily open interest rose 7% YoY to 335,400 contracts, the financial services company said. Futures alone accounted for 403,900 contracts on average, up 47% YoY.
