$ACIU AC Immune announces Phase 2 trial of ACI-7104 met primary endpoints AC Immune announced positive safety and immunogenicity results through week-100 in Part 1 of VacSYn, its randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2 trial of ACI-7104 in patients with early-stage Parkinson's disease. The study is being conducted in two parts with the aim for Part 1 being to show safety, tolerability and immunogenicity while Part 2 is designed to provide evidence of clinical activity as the basis for a Phase 3 decision. The Part 1 data reported today includes results from all 34 patients randomized into the study. The primary endpoints for Part 1 of the VacSYn trial of ACI-7104 were safety, tolerability and immunogenicity, all of which were met. ACI-7104 was generally safe and well-tolerated and shown to be strongly immunogenic, with 100% of patients developing antibodies against the immunizing a-syn target antigen PD01 after three immunizations.

$ACIU I come across a lot of different biotechs, as I sojourn through the markets. Typically, I like them to be a little further along in P3. This company has a lot going for it. I consider it to have a pretty decent setup. Looks like it wants to break out of cup and handle and declining top line. A decent amount of cash. No debt. Partnership with Takeda and Lilly and even Nestlé. Plus fast track designation for several therapies in their pipeline. Their Diagnostic tests teamed with Nestlé could be big. The recent Journal publications should also be a plus.

$ACIU When the part 2 (efficacy) data of the same study is released, the stock will go up by ten-fold. JMO

$ACIU If you have ever seen anyone with Alzheimer's disease, it is one of the most terrifying things to ever think about or consider confronting in your own life or ones you love. Imagine, if if if their diagnostic test with Nestlé and their preventative therapies get to commercialize status , and they run a tv commercial with somebody with alzheimer's and we have a test and something to avert it. R.I.P. Alfred Granick. Grandpop. He helped break Japanese code for the United States Navy in WW2. He absolutely loved stocks the market and business. Unfortunately, it drove him crazy in the end.

$ACIU Im really confident, that we see a 4,xx till the end of the year. The marketcap is way to low regarding all those strong partnerships and possible Milestonepayments. I unterstand, that cash runaway is a thread, but they still have a strong pipline fully owned. 270 million marketcap is a joke.
