The company issued one bonus equity share for every two equity shares, to those shareholders whose name appear in the Register of Members and the list of beneficial owners as on 5 July 2023, being the record date fixed for this purpose.The firm said that the bonus equity shares as allotted above shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the company and shall be entitled to such dividends and corporate benefits, if any, declared by the company after the said allotment.BEPL is the the lowest cost producer of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) in India. ABS is a Highly Specialized Engineering Thermoplastics. The companys customers include leading companies dealing in automobiles, home appliances, electronics, health care & kitchenware.The companys consolidated net profit slumped 80.5% to Rs 14.26 crore on 26.4% decline in net sales to Rs 327.90 crore in Q4 FY23 over Q4 FY22.
