GR Infraprojects announced that the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on 26 September 2023.

The first project contains four laning with paved shoulders from Belgaum – Hungund – Raichur Section of NH&#8208;748A in Karnataka on HAM (Package&#8208;5) under NH(O). The project will be developed by GR Belgaum Raichur (Package&#8208;5) Highway and bid cost of this project is Rs 716.47 crore.The second project pertains to Construction of four laning with paved shoulders from Belgaum – Hungund – Raichur Section of NH&#8208;748A on HAM (Package&#8208;6) under NH(O). This project will be developed by GR Belgaum Raichur (Package&#8208;6) Highway and bid project cost stands at Rs 740.77 crore.Both the projects are to be completed in 730 days from appointed date and operated for 15 years, from commercial operation date. G R Infraprojects is an integrated road engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company largely focused on road sector. The company has also recently diversified into projects in the railway sector.The companys consolidated net profit declined 23.5% to Rs 309.84 crore on 7.9% fall in revenue from operations to Rs 2,478.23 crore in Q1 FY24 over Q1 FY23.

G R Infraprojects announced that Dibang Power (Lot 4) Consortium (JV of G R Infraprojects and Patel Engineering) has received Letter of Acceptance dated 25 August 2023 from NHPC for the following project:Construction  of  Civil  Works  for  LOT]4: Head  Race  Tunnel  including  Intake, Pressure  Shafts,  Penstocks,  Power House & Transformer Cavern, Tail Race Tunnel, Pothead Yard, Adits  for Dibang Multipurpose  Project,  Arunachal Pradesh. The bid project cost is Rs 3637.12 crore. G R Infraprojects has a 50% share in the said consortium.

The project entails the construction of 6-lane greenfield Varanasi-Ranchi-Kolkata Highway from  Anarbansalea village  to  Sagrampur  village  (From  KM. 151+200 to KM. 184+700, Pkg]7, Total Length = 33.50  Km)  under  Bharatmala  Pariyojana  in  the state  of  Bihar  on  Hybrid  Annuity  Mode (Package 7). The bid project cost is Rs 1248.37 crore.

The agreement constitutes construction of six&#8208;lane Greenfield Varanasi&#8208;Ranchi&#8208;Kolkata highway from Anarbansalea village to Sagrampur village under bharatmala pariyojana in Bihar on hybrid annuity mode.The bid project cost stood at Rs 1,248.37 crore. The completion of the project is expected to be within 730 days from appointed date. The operational period stands for 15 years from commercial operation date.G R Infraprojects is an integrated road engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company largely focused on road sector. The company has also recently diversified into projects in the railway sector.The companys consolidated net profit jumped 40.9% to Rs 389.68 crore on 2.7% rise in revenue from operations to Rs 2,461.96 crore in Q4 FY23 over Q4 FY22.The scrip advanced 0.96% to currently trade at Rs 1,316 on the BSE.
