$LEGN This stock peaked in July of 2023. It h as dropped about 80%. Just a total collapse/beat down. But the recent action looks very much like a classic double bottom reversal in the making. Today, the descending trend line is at $32, which just goes to show how beaten down this stock is. It can literally double off the bottom and STILL be in a long term downtrend! There is resistance in the low $22's where the 50-day MA is. The 200 day is up in the $40's. Just total obliteration. And yet the company will rake in close to $2B in revenue next year with a $3.7B valuation. Wild. Just wild. Sure, anito-cel is coming. But it's launching at 4th line. Carvykti has built an excellent record, it's not going away. Crazy times.

$LEGN Legend Biotech, J&J's partner on the multiple myeloma CAR-T CARVYKTI, says CARVYKTI net trade sales were about $710M in the quarter ended Sept 30, 2026, up ~8% from ~$657M in Q2. Legend doesn't book that full figure: on Q2's $657M it reported $326.1M collaboration revenue, with ~$965M cash at June 30. Caveat: the number comes from Janssen, is unaudited and Legend hasn't verified it. Legend's own Q3 revenue and gross profit await its Sept 30 financials; no date given. Stock closed $18.62 on Oct 9.

$LEGN Breaking news: Draft regulations from the Treasury Department would put broad limits on what types of drug and biotech assets that US companies and venture capitalists could invest in and make deals for. The proposal released Thursday evening would limit investment in a wide range of Chinese biopharma technologies, including “…, cell and gene therapies, ….”. It’s a surprising reversal from a less restrictive approach that was expected. While the rules don’t limit China dealmaking per se, the proposed limits are so broad that they would be likely to sharply curtail the dealmaking. “I know there has been speculation as to whether this rule is going to address pharmaceutical licensing deals, and the rule does not speak to that,” a Treasury official told reporters earlier Thursday. The rules spark a 45-day public comment period before they are eventually finalized, which will attract more industry explanations for why investments in drug compounds should be preserved.
