The Construction segment relates to development of roads as per the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contracts entered into with its subsidiaries and jointly controlled entities. The company was founded by Dattatray Pandurang Mhaiskar and Jayant Dattatray Mhaiskar on August 8, 2002 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India.
