NFL Consolidated March 2023 Net Sales at Rs 6,267.84 crore, up 41.09% Y-o-Y

Rattanindia Power Ltd, Optiemus Infracom Ltd, Tata Chemicals Ltd and Brightcom Group Ltd are among the other losers in the BSEs A group today, 18 April 2023.National Fertilizer Ltd crashed 7.00% to Rs 76.25 at 14:46 IST.The stock was the biggest loser in the BSEs A group.On the BSE, 9.04 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 6.66 lakh shares in the past one month.Rattanindia Power Ltd lost 6.40% to Rs 3.07. The stock was the  second biggest loser in A group.On the BSE, 50.5 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 33.84 lakh shares in the past one month.Optiemus Infracom Ltd tumbled 6.29% to Rs 180.25. The stock was the  third biggest loser in A group.On the BSE, 40970 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 29370 shares in the past one month.Tata Chemicals Ltd shed 5.81% to Rs 934.4. The stock was the  fourth biggest loser in A group.On the BSE, 5.02 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 27061 shares in the past one month.Brightcom Group Ltd fell 4.98% to Rs 13.92. The stock was the  fifth biggest loser in A group.On the BSE, 17.56 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 78.76 lakh shares in the past one month.

National Fertilizer Ltd leads losers in 'A' group

The capacity utilization level during the period under review stood at 122%.“The company has also made record production of industrial products,” NFL said. On sales front, the company achieved total fertilizer sale of over 66.72 lakh MT (LMT). This also includes the highest ever urea sales of 53.70 LMT. For the first time, NFL has crossed 10 lakh MT mark in terms of sale of P&K fertilizers.The company has also achieved a record sale of its agrochemical segment during 2022-23. On industrial products front, the company has recorded best-ever sale during 2022-23, an increase of 39% over the last year.National Fertilizers is engaged in producing and marketing urea, neem coated urea, bio-fertilizers (solid and liquid) and other allied industrial products. As of 31 December 2022, the Government of India held 74.71% stake in NFL.The company reported consolidated net profit of Rs 554.03 crore in Q3 FY23 as against a net loss of Rs 23.08 crore in Q3 FY22. Revenue from operations soared 99.1% year on year (YoY) to Rs 10,137.34 crore in the quarter ended 31 December 2022.The scrip rose 2.55% to end at Rs 74.30 on the BSE on Monday.The domestic bourses are shut today (4 April 2023) on account of Mahavir Jayanti.

National Fertilizer has clocked a growth of 27% in total Fertilizer Sale during AprilDecember 2022 as compared to corresponding period of last year. The Company reported total fertilizer sale of 49.71 Lakh MT compared to corresponding period of last year of 39.25 Lakh MT which is best ever in its history. The Company has performed exceedingly well not only in sale of its core product Urea but also increased volumes of DAP and Complex Fertilizers in the market. The recently introduced products like PDM (Potash derived from Molasses). Micronutrients and Water Soluble Fertilizers has also received good response from the farmers. Other than the fertilizers , the Agrochemical business of the Company registered a growth of 146% during this period as compared to corresponding period of last year. Company has also performed well in production & sales of Industrial Products.

The stock was the biggest gainer in the BSEs A group. On the BSE, 10.79 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 16.65 lakh shares in the past one month.  Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd soared 5.98% to Rs 138.25.  The stock was the  second biggest gainer in A group. On the BSE, 18.33 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 13.15 lakh shares in the past one month.  Jindal Worldwide Ltd surged 5.16% to Rs 458.75.  The stock was the  third biggest gainer in A group. On the BSE, 68743 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 33308 shares in the past one month.
