Nitco Consolidated March 2023 Net Sales at Rs 105.78 crore, down 12.22% Y-o-Y

Anjanikumar Sharma, Chief Financial Officer has vide letter dated April 3, 2023 tendered his resignation with immediate effect as a Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, the company said in a statement. Anjanikumar will remain available to the company during the transition period till 25 May 2023.The company said it is in the process of appointing a new chief financial officer and the same will be communicated to the stock exchanges in due course.NITCO makes designer tiles. Its product ranges from ceramic tiles, mosaic tiles, vitrified tiles, vitrified flooring and marble. On a consolidated basis, Nitco reported net loss of Rs 34.47 crore in Q3 December 2022 as against net loss of Rs 30.52 crore in Q3 December 2021. Net sales declined 6.06% YoY to Rs 112.11 crore in Q3 December 2022. Shares of NITCO rose 2.28% to Rs 19.74 on Monday, 3 April 2023.
