Sirca Paints India has entered into an exclusive Manufacturing license Agreement with Sirca S.p.A (Italy) to manufacture 10 different Polyurethane wood coating products in India, which were earlier imported from Sirca S.p.A (Italy) by the Company.Further, the aforesaid products roughly make up 50-55% of the Companys total sales, Sirca S.p.A (Italy) will be providing the technical know-how to the Company in order to manufacture these products as per the Italian quality standards, moreover, Sirca S.p.A (Italy) will also be supplying the Company with the key raw material i.e., resins, for manufacturing these products in India for the first 3 months, post that these resins will be produced  procured in India.This strategic initiative will allow the Company to cut down on its import bill and inventory days of finished goods, increase its manufacturing in India, and strengthen its operations.

Sirca Paints India enters into manufacturing license with Sirca S.p.A (Italy) 

Sirca Paints India has executed a definitive and exclusive distribution agreement with OIKOS S.P.A. (OIKOS) – Italys leading decorative finishes and solid colour finishes (textured paints) brand that stands for sustainable, eco-friendly, paints & colours and fine Italian craftsmanship. This exclusive distribution agreement for the Indian markets also has a provision to manufacture these products in India in the future. The Company will immediately start with the distribution and marketing of OIKOS through its extensive and growing distribution network of 2,400+ nodes across India.OIKOS Paints product range primarily spans over decorative surface coatings & textured paints for interior and exterior wall surfaces including dry walls of MDF, HDF and Gypsum. These technologically superior products exhibit features such as being water-repellent, resistant to atmospheric pollution, resistant to abrasion, easily cleanable, anti-algae, and anti-mould. These products will be available at premium and luxury price points in the Indian markets.
