The land is located at 162 Wellesley Road, Pune – 411 001, Maharashtra, India. The company executed the deed of conveyance with Mumbai-based Birla Estates on 6 April 2023. Meanwhile, the board took on record that effective Thursday, 6 April 2023, the companys registered office has been shifted from 162 Wellesley Road, Pune – 411 001, Maharashtra, India to 7th Floor, Eleven West Panchshil, Survey No. 25, Near PAN Card Club Road, Baner, Pune – 411 045, Maharashtra, India, i.e. within the local limits of Pune city. Sudarshan Chemical Industries is a global color and effect pigment manufacturer, supplying pigments and solvent dyes for coatings, plastics, printing and digital printing, cosmetics and special applications.On a consolidated basis, Sudarshan Chemical Industries net profit declined 98.41% to Rs 0.58 crore on 12.75% fall in net sales to Rs 520.58 crore in Q3 December 2022 over Q3 December 2021. Shares of Sudarshan Chemical Industries rose 1.15% to Rs 417.15 on Thursday, 6 April 2023. The domestic stock market is shut today, 7 April 2023, on account of Good Friday.
