On 27 March 2023, the companys shareholders approved splitting each share having face value of Rs 10 each into ten equity shares having face value of Re 1 each fully paid-up. Mumbai-based Tips Industries is an Indian music record label and film production, film promotion and film distribution company. Net profit of Tips Industries declined 6.18% to Rs 20.19 crore on 15.26% increase in net sales to Rs 50.98 crore in Q3 December 2022 over Q3 December 2021.
