Torrent Green Energy, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement today i.e. 01 September 2023 for acquisition of 100% equity share capital of Airpower Windfarms (AWPL) from the Powerica and Vestas Wind Technology India (Seller). Earlier, the Company has signed Binding term sheet with AWPL and Sellers in relation to acquisition of 100% stake in AWPL. Enterprise value for this acquisition is approx. Rs 21.81 crore consequent to closing adjustments.
