XPRO India has entered into a share purchase agreement on 13 September 2023 with Tata Power Renewable Energy and TP Mercury to acquire 26% stake in equity share capital of TP Mercury. The company will source solar power from TP Mercury (SPV) for the its Ranjangaon Unit under the Group Captive Scheme.

XPRO India has allotted 16,40,000 equity shares to Malabar India Fund (Malabar) on conversion of warrants on 09 July 2023. Further, the board also allotted 8,20,000 as bonus shares on the aforementioned shares in ratio of 1:2 to Malabar. Consequently, the issued and paid up capital of the company stands increased to Rs 20,67,22,440 consisting of 2,06,72,244 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
