Biggest lesson today... It's mentally challenging to continue going short in a market that 'can't possibly go any lower'. IT ALWAYS CAN! $$

@TheArmoTrader $MHS was in healthcare. The sector had a trend down day. Lots of great plays. I played $KND and $SKH but $MHS had good spots
