The IEA expects lithium demand to more than triple by 2040. Lithium has some of the strongest long-term demand growth among all major critical minerals. And while everyone is focused on AI, almost nobody is talking about $ALB — one of the world’s largest lithium producers. $ALB is currently on sale. The stock is now trading inside my $86–$114 accumulation zone. My mid-term target remains $257–$363.

$ALB though it shouldn’t be, my mind is blown by the continually dropping futures in the face of such stiff demand and continued delays in mine startups. Wtf is really going on?

$ALB Starting to see some bullish divergence over the past couple sessions...I am already capped at 1000 shares but folks really need to be buying here.

$ALB Almost 3 years here and now almost flat, should have hopped out just 6 months ago with over 110% gains. And bought it on the way down to boot!!! Don’t be greedy guys. You’ll only burn yourself. $ALB Let’s hope we find support at the first stop along this path: $95-100 — the nearest real support. That's where it consolidated back in late 2025 before the run to $221, so old buyers live there. • $88-90 — the fall 2025 lows. Stronger shelf. • $84.72 — the 52-week low. The line in the sand.

$ALB What are your thoughts on the US Gov't purchase of a stake in one of our competitors? I've seen some 'general' comment about it being good for the entire sector, especially those, like ALB, that have a large domestic production. On the opposite side is the argument that Litium America now has an advantage. Will ALB get fair regulatory treatment when the feds have to make a decision? I've held this roller coaster of a stock for several years. It's time to reevaluate the holding. Reminds me of the old saying, "Relax, I'm from the government and I'm here to help you." Right at the moment I'm neutral, neither bulling nor bearish.

I could not find a company headline today, so the cause is unconfirmed. what is verified is the setup: ALB slid from 109.73 on sept 25 to 101.27 friday, so this extends a slow drift lower. a drop with no news is two sided, either the slide keeps going or sellers run out. premarket quote.
