$NCT on the big up move

$nct of all mreit's is best prepared to handle prepayment issues. just read their report from mid dec. w/ refi's coming worth watching

Doesn't look like financial reits will get burned on rising interest rates for many years. Very good fed move for a company like $NCT IMO.

Would be nice if some of the financial reits would jump for a change. Might take a true dividend increase to pop a company like $NCT.
