Following four doses of Bria-OTS as a single-agent therapy, the lung metastasis completely disappeared. The response was first seen at two months and has since been confirmed at four, six, and now eleven months.The 78-year-old patient received a total of 17 treatment cycles, completed 12 months on study, and continues to be monitored in survival follow-up.
