While Protagenic makes peptides for stress-related disorders, Phytanix Bio specializes in developing medicines manufactured from cannabinoids and "cannabinoid-like" molecules.The combined entity will have five preclinical assets and one clinical-stage asset, Protagenic added.Protagenic executive chairman Garo H.
