$PHIO The HTB flag is the most interesting thing on this screen. "HTB" next to the quote means PHIO is currently Hard To Borrow — brokers are having trouble locating shares for short sellers. That's meaningful: when a stock goes hard-to-borrow, it usually means existing short sellers are either stuck holding their positions (can't easily add to shorts) or new shorts can't get in cheaply.
