$VNDA With a market cap of 270 million and cash of around 150 million now, it is absurd that someone hasn't made a bid for this company to wrest it away from a management that has not made investors a dime in 20 years. Lay off management, cut the expenses dramatically by doing away with silly advertising, salesforce reduction, and trials for meaningless products and this company's $250 million in sales becomes instantly profitable. With a Q4 trial readout for nausea with GLP drugs [a potential blockbuster] and this should be a no brainer bite sized acquisition for LLY. Why it hasn't happened is beyond me. This incompetent management is going nowhere and the company should be sold.

$VNDA This is not retail selling; I have been here long enough to know this is being manipulated before major news.

$VNDA My problem is after nearly 4 years I am emotionally attached to this money pit. I actually sold $BE for $18 to buy more of Vanda about 14 months back, I did make out well on Bloom or at least I thought so at the time, until it passed $300 earlier this year. Now I just can’t sell Vanda because I just know as soon as I do they announce a BO. Moral of the story is don’t get attached to investments!!!

$VNDA So, I’ve been playing with numbers this evening trying to figure out what impact DSWPD indication will have on Hetloiz revenue. I compared it to Avadel’s launch of lumryz. Both are for sleep disorders and comparable in annual drug cost. The difference is Avadel had to convert patients from Jazz while all Vanda has to do is have reps inform prescribers they have anew treatment available and hope prescribers can accurately diagnose the disorder in their patients. Pre authorization might not be as difficult as one might think considering there is no other FDA approved treatment. Avadel did not hire a sales force until the Lumryz was very near approval. Vanda already has quite the sales force. This is a conservative estimate of revenue projections for Hetlioz for the first five years after approval. I used the lower estimated prevalence of DSWPD and the upper estimated prevalence of N1/N2. This is what I got.

Recent Approvals: Nereus - Approved for "Vomiting Induced by Motion" - Labeled against long term utilization. - Market access struggling and signs point to a failed launch since they have already announced commentary pivoting away from cash based launch to a traditional rep approach. - Likely to achieve a negative product revenue when returns from wholesalers hit. Bysanti - Non-novel patent attempt at extending the life of iloperidone. Approved on equivalence to Fanapt. Payers are already requiring step through Fanapt due to the upcoming generic timeline. The commercial organization will have < 1 year to attempt a switch campaign and the payers are already blocking.

$VNDA They have cash through 2027 and there will be a deal before then, there is no offering coming so quit spreading FUD.

$VNDA That crap doesn’t mean anything . GLP-1 strong , positive trial results due very soon trumps all of that garbage !

$VNDA VQW-765 is likely to fail and Thetis is likely to hit. Impact of thetis on current share price will probably not be very large, however. If VQW-765 reports first, an entry before Thetis topline could be a good play.

$VNDA — Vanda’s latest Phase 3 result is pretty straightforward. Patients receiving HETLIOZ fell asleep 42.5 minutes earlier, compared with only 5.4 minutes earlier on placebo, meeting the primary endpoint in delayed sleep-wake phase disorder. HETLIOZ is already approved for other circadian disorders, so Vanda isn’t starting from scratch. The company now plans to pursue an additional FDA indication.

$VNDA Remember, when you invest in biotech, it's a long term investment. Values - if any - will come to shareholders sooner or later. Anyway, all my biotech stocks have been slashed last couple of weeks, so nothing specific bad about VNDA. Don't cry in the casino.

$VNDA Less than a year ago VNDA had more net cash than its current valuation. Guess the market has said that the $250 million in sales and a potential GLP blockbuster drug, that while under this management the products are worth zero. Will this management ever learn, after 20 years, that eventually a company must turn profitable. A takeover by another pharmaceutical company could make this company profitable almost instantly and using the cash already in the company cost very little. Meanwhile this management is running the company into the ground

$VNDA I could care about the price movement the last many months( which is usually a scam) instead take a look at all the good news and on top of that we have a company public 4 over TWENTY years zero r/s and 57M trading shares I’m all in !

$VNDA We are in no-mans land here - on the chart. I didn´t change anything the last 3 months. Trendlines are the same. But it appears, that we will break through MA50 ( blue line ), which should send us to test 6,62 ( Fibonacci 50% ). Pay attention the the yellow box ( gap ). It will be filled sooner or later. Probabilities for that is exatly 100%

$VNDA Let me see if I've got this straight. 4 approved drugs generating $240M-$290M annual sales, 9 drugs in phase three, $220M stockholder equity, and the market cap currently sits at only $304M? It's no wonder the hedge funds are working so hard to keep the pps down this morning, lol! This is a screaming buy at 3X-5X the current pps!
