$PCL: UBS cuts to Sell

@mmtul Consider looking @ 4%+ yield names w/ ^ FY12 REV, EPS, good FCF & catalysts vs. poor FA performers like $PCL. I posted a list Friday.

@mmtul $PCL may have a 4.2% dividend but if you read that FY12 report, the downside suggests underlying principal risk exceeding that yield.

$PCL should cut their dividend - selling land w/ higher basis, increasing harvest younger trees to keep up FCF, poor div coverage <100%

$PCL guides 2012 EPS well below the street - guides 2012 EPS of $1.00 - $1.25 vs consensus of $1.33. Misses Q4 and also guides Q112 below

$PCL reports this evening - stock is up ~17% from recent low in December. If $RYN is any indication guidance for $PCL in 12 will disappoint
