They took everyone’s money- trades settled. When this 💩show is finally over, TENEO will tally up how many shares ETrade has and send $$$/share to E*Trade. E*Trade will then do what a brokerage does- make sure each shareholder gets paid. If they refused to pay shareholders who own shares, who were charged a commission to buy ITRMF, who own the shares, and tried to keep the payouts for themselves… folks here are saying shareholders will get no payout/ all the trades will be undone/ monies returned to folks’ acccounts etc.? That would result in the mother of all lawsuits.
