@Boblawbla could be the BTIG suit as well. Details may be in the actual 10-Q filing . Last week StoneX filed a lawsuit against XL who is their insurer for not covering their claim if they lose. Could be up to $200m in damages for stealing trading code. That’s 2-3 quarters of net profit.

That seems stupid...  This has been my substitute for a Money Market stable play high yielder.  Something that yields more than MM, and it predictable.  Zoom out on the PPS history.  It now goes in my must have.  I got caught with everything on earnings week aggressive plays.
