@Bullionaire_Boss The buyback was mentioned on the Q4 call. I don’t see this as odd, rather confirmation. IMO, the buyback is a positive sign.  $22 million in cash and the board is using $5 million to repurchase undervalued shares on the open market.

@Jescro_22 Yes, they did mention it then… but the timing still feels odd.  I have a feeling the numbers will probably be underwhelming.  Probably take another quarter or 2 before things start to turnaround.  We shall see…

@Bullionaire_Boss while I don’t think earnings will be great (largely bc the customer concentration issue was already known after Q4), I also don’t think it’s very likely that Q1 ends up worse than Q4. I tend to believe that financially healthy companies generally do not announce shareholder-friendly buybacks right before severe downturns. The PR tells me they are comfortable with their cash position and rebound trajectory.

@Bullionaire_Boss I’m new here, bought after Q4 hoping I caught the bottom and not a falling knife. I would hope they are smart enough to avoid aggressive buyback messaging if they expect disastrous numbers the next day. 

I’m seeing no long term debt, decent margins, positive operating cash flow, and they feel good allocating their huge pile of cash to buy back shares. Most microcaps of this size would be diluting tf out of us, not reducing the float.

@jockinmikeg I totally agree.  And, I just got in very recently for many of the same reasons you listed.  Hopefully, we both bought the bottom.  I do believe that we will do well, I’m just not sure how long we will have to wait.  I think it’s likely this will need another quarter or 2 to show a turnaround.    That said, all of the positives you listed are valid… especially the part about them not diluting the shit out of us like many others would have definitely done.  Best of luck, my dude.  I hope we both do well.
