I assume that Company will recognise the other $350m in Q4 so long as Gavi does not raise objection or counter to the termination notice.

@kwinters71 Wow. I didn&#39;t realise Company hadn&#39;t recognised $350m revenue on WHO approval.  So $700m can be taken to revenue so long as there is no litigation / objection by Gavi on termination notice. 

There was write offs in Q2 and Q3 associated with production costs for doses that were scrapped (assume these were Gavi doses at least partly)

@ChannelGuru I don’t know when they will recognize it all or if in pieces, I would imagine they would go ahead and recognize it whether Gabby agrees or not if in the end they settled and they would have to refund it but I believe they should go ahead and recognize it as they have now terminated the contract
