$FET results and CF at today’s activity level + The 10-year high for backlog have me feeling incredibly bullish into 2026 if the below even remotely plays out… how much activity is needed to grow US production by 1mm barrels per day just to sustain current levels??

We’ve told this story before so i remain cautiously optimistic… US production has remained stubbornly high despite activity falling.  But i do remain confident it has become an when, not if story… patiently waiting

@DamnLucky123 it picks up when us production rolls over in an undeniable way… probably takes production falling 500k/day.  Need a price signal.

I still don’t like dedicated US land services because of that.  I think they still struggle for a while still.  And they probably lock in sub-optimal pricing to survive.

And by the time we get a price signal the industry is way behind the ball.

From what i can tell, demand and supply “estimates” are gonna be way off.  I think there’s a decent chance we see it happen materially by the end of 2026/ early 2027.  We’ll see $90-$100+, go on a big fucking run and then you just let growth play out.

I’ve found a company that prints $50MM in cash today, and the upside torque is there when US land turns.  FET is my OFS pick.  Onshore, offshore, international, US. Everything covered.

Sitting on my hands.  Even with the giant amount of shares i bought around $15 there’s no interest in selling.  I do think $100 is inevitable with $200 very possible.

@ConcentratedPositions I should have bought some FET. Had FTI for long but sold and then not sure why I switched to KLXE hoping for a nice trade but got stuck in the wrong cycle and mismanagement, debt and macro added and the fat lunatic screwed up all chances. I am stuck now so cant make a move and hoping for KLXE to get back some

@DamnLucky123 i don’t know anything about KLXE but it really doesn’t matter how you’ve done to this point… what does better on a go forward basis?

FET gonna generate $4-5 in cash, deploy $30-40mm to buybacks… positioned for growth.

If the growth cycle really plays out FET can pretty easily 4-5x over as many years while generating $50-$100/share in cash…. But in a conservative case where you get zero activity growth you generate $25/share in cash over the next 5 years and you still have $20/share to get to peer group multiples.

FET management has done everything they’ve said they’d do over the last  5 years and taken a lot of very constructive shareholder suggestions to heart… i expect more of the same.

Guess we’ll see…
