$AKBA Updated modeling continues to show a growing disconnect between recent price action and underlying fundamentals. The post  PR selloff has extended well beyond what the data supports, pushing PPS into what now screens as an undervalued zone relative to cash, revenue trajectory, and risk profile. 
From a technical standpoint, the chart is improving;  price is holding above  key support, selling pressure has noticeably tapered, and momentum indicators are beginning to stabilize. We’re seeing early basing behavior with improving RR at current levels. This is the type of structure that typically precedes a rerating when even modestly positive news hits. 
For transparency, I’ve reduced my position from over  200000 shares back to 100000 shares locking in profits and clearing capital with the intention of adding back on any pullback in price or clear upward trend. My core thesis remains intact; Risk remains defined, upside remains asymmetric.

@CustomCulture Ultimately, it comes down to what the market is willing to pay for the stock, and the market has clearly decided that without NDD, this will not reach $4.X again. The only realistic path back to $4.X is significant hypergrowth of Vafseo. 

And as always,  a buyout would be the best outcome for shareholders, as it could potentially value the stock around $5-7.
