The project launched in July 2015 after raising over $18 million through crowdfunding, quickly becoming the largest blockchain developer community. What an emotional week and absolutely dominated by drama! 
Two highly anticipated merger/IPOs, VLDR and HYLN, surely disappoint the whole SPAC universe.
 
All started with VLDR….“This sell-off was b/c PIPE shares dumping”, which was the theory behind this fiasco. Moreover, James Graf fell from stardom and became the biggest scapegoat because the PIPE shares were allowed tradable at IPO.
 
I have so many questions, but in reality, it may be impossible to find out whether this sell-off were from PIPE unless we see the Form 4 (or some stock guru could pinpoint it). 
 
After painstakingly reading through many SEC filings, my main conclusion (maybe controversial) is: 
 
PIPE shares are not typically subjected to any substantial lock-up (not my original belief either); in contrast to the shares held by SPAC sponsors &amp; Company mgmts.
(see attached table)

Mostly are tutes who only invest after extensive DD, not trying to squeeze out profit with swing play (maybe most of us are though)
