$SPY Morning, after America and the World has been Liberated from their net worth, I thought it would be good to see the overall perspective of where we are; and the 2023-2024 bull trendline that was broken. 
 
No doubt the Bidenomics deficit spending/stimulus/no recession before election was great for the stock market, and BTD always worked.  Now, not so much.  With retail trapped between 590-613, there has been a tremendous amount of wealth destruction. 
 
Assume that even if we weren&#39;t entering a recession, &#39;Liberation Day&#39; surely has pushed us closer to it. 
We are in a new bear market in my opinion, and so assume we are going a lot lower, even if we find ourselves in a choppy period in April. 
 
Best case scenario: We chop between 540-570 through April (would love to be proven wrong, and see us higher). 
Worst case scenario: Constant waterfalls down to 495 (and beyond) with little breather. 
 
My Action Plan: BTD from 545 down, with my &#39;guaranteed&#39; conviction bounce target of 552-555 to sell the BTD.

@Ldx YOU I honestly recommend that you halt on any trading or buying the dip. You’re going to destroy your account. I know we are all addicted to trading and want to buy ourselves something, but sometimes there are times where it’s better to refrain. Just like I did for my friends account where I’m only adding $SVIX again $18.5 and under.

Semiconductors  $SOXL are toxic for now.  Of course I am buying the dip, but my situation is a little different.

Once again, I have a new conviction target of $SPY 552-555 to sell what I bought an after hours or today, whenever that target hits whether it’s today or next week.

But notice:  it is a constant retreat. My last conviction target was 565 which we met, and the one before that was 575 200 SMA which we met.  This 555. We will meet again, but is it a waterfall down from there as well? That’s why you have to be risk off.

I started selling portions of my  $UVIX at $48+, and of course, continuing to dollar cost average on $SVIX .  3x bull purchases… I’ve noticed that the banks are getting hit real hard, especially regional Banks $DPST which I’ve been adding.

My account took a major hit today, no thanks to SOXL being a big part of it. 
 
Now will a dovish Jerome &#39;help&#39; the market? I really don&#39;t think so.  The only person that can fix this bleeding is a &#39;dovish&#39; Trump.  And he can be quite bull-headed &amp; stubborn especially if he feels slighted by the countries he&#39;s put tariffs on. 
 
My recommendation: Still DONT buy the dip, and if anything, just DCA on SVIX. 
 
My only conviction is that we will see SPY 552-555 at some point to unload bulls.

Will be remembered as D-Day for investors for sure.   
Congrats to $UVIX -ers as Trump made volatility great again.   
Worst case scenario it is.  Maybe to 495 then?  No plunge protection team, they were fired by DOGE lol. 
This is what people were saying though, we need $VIX 40+ etc... for real capitulation.
